Yeah, sometime in the 90s, but the song itself has been around (in the US at least) since about the time of the Civil War.

Here's another video/tune for everyone. I've been hearing this with increasing frequency over the last 6 months when I'm out and about. I saw these guys open for Bloc Party a few years ago, and they were a great opener, really got the energy in the place going. Not my favorite dance punk, but pretty damn good. Probably the best act at channeling that old New Order vibe I've seen yet.
