God can do anything he wants. Mary was a virgin, it clearly states in the bible, and while it says that Jesus is God's own son, it also states that Jesus, God, ans The Holy Ghost/Spirit are three in one, a trinity.

But isn't impregnating another man's wife technically adultery?

and that means.... umm o ya god goes around his own rules and is tech unfair... thats what im thinkin vtmarik is sayin or that god is a sinner, then again god made all things and that means god made evil as well, and i think the only way to make evil is to be evil... so god maybe good and evil.... which would suggest there is a possible third way between good and evil... hmm

How do you know that they didnt mind? Were you in their heads all those years ago? Perhaps you were the little voice in marys head saying "its okay mary it'll all be explained in a big book later on in life" ...

your assuming that it was okay, when indeed we have no idea how Joseph reacted when he found out about "gods son." Its not like he could ask god "Is her son really also yours?" Oh btw I've brought this up before.. but what makes you think jesus wasn't a baby out of an affair or a rape?

If your wife came to you and said she was having gods child would you believe it? well actually I might be asking the wrong person..of course you'd believe it.. you'd believe it just because you wouldnt want to admit the truth..and maybe Joseph was the same way..He wanted to believe so much that he was blinded to the TRUTH.. Which is jesus wasnt the son of god he was just some baby that came out of marys marriage. Oh and btw I agree with VTMarik here It is tech. adultery in this case.. And without marys permission its also rape... She was raped by your precious god.. I'm not saying had he asked her she would have said no because I think she would have asked her husband and he wouldve been like "well f*ck..its god go for it!" however he didnt ask her to be his kids incubater therefore it is rape!! That is why I'm not so happy with "your" god.. Had it been a man who did it you would consider it rape but I doubt you'll like me telling you how it really is over here...we'll see..

This day and age its alot harder to claim "god got me pregnant".. Back then they believed anything you told them.. You could have said "oh you know joe down the street? Yeah well he died.." they could have then seen joe walking up the street and they would have either blamed him for being a witch or they would have thought he was a ghost.. I mean come on its just a damn book get over it already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
