Can cumberland and northumberland attack over hadrian's wall (to get to borders and galloway)?
I've never had the opportunity to try and so I want to make sure before I deploy because it will decide the outcome of a game I'm currently in.

yes of course they can, thats why it says 'hadrian - one way'

If you get BOB you can see all territory connections.

I'm still playing my first 4 games, so this is all new to me.
How does the 'one=way' wall work? I installed bob, but it looks as through the 'other side' can be attacked from either side?
How's it work?

It's a one way wall... Territory A can attack territory B, but territory B cannot attack territory A.
