Agreed. It's a great game. My wife, kids, and I like to play Mario Party 8, as cheesy as it is.

Yeah, you don't have to swing your arm so hard. What matters is the movement you make as you "pitch", and pressing the correct buttons to make the pitch you want. (trigger and a = slider, a = screwball, trigger = curve, nothing = fastball; and the arrow buttons determine what part of the plate the ball moves over)
