Many of you are illiterate and too few of you know the rules of the game, change one letter and make sure you only have real words. Adding a blank does not seem count as adding a letter from the way the game has hitherto been played, although I suppose it could.
Berserker, you forgot the "an", a whole word. Also you made a typo, there's no such thing as a "grans", I suppose you meant "grand". Even ignoring those two mistakes you changed two letters instead of one.
pie, there are two "n" in "granny", "granys" is not a word.
To punish you I'll just pick up where wca left off.

You're allowed to add, remove and move around blanks at will in addition to changing (adding/removing) one letter, as long as you end up with real words.
