Second, Atlanta and the area around it is not hillbilly country. We have hills but very few billies.

well let's see. average temp during summer 90s, heat index 100s if not 110s. That's humidity in atlanta.

Give us a break we only get snow once every decade. If it wasn't for the 1 inch rule people would probably riot saying that people up north get school off more.
