So I Rick Rolled everyone at my work tonight

Post by AndrewLC »

My work (Sonic drive in) has its own private radio station and I called in and requested "Never gonna give you up" by Rick Astley.

At the end the DJ said "You all got RickRolled by Andrew from Kennewick

Sonic is a Drive-IN, not a drive thru...

That's not a "proper" Rick Roll!
You have to get them to watch the video on their PC's you fool!

An easy way to do this at any workplace is to change to link to a companies website to the Rick Roll video and bingo! Obviously you have to work there.

closest one to us is in Delaware.

and yeah, it pisses me off that they advertise so much in our market when they aren't anywhere to be found.

i've still never had Sonic, and must admit, i'm morbidly curious.
have you ever seen an idealist with grey hairs on his head?
or successful men who keep in touch with unsuccessful friends?
you only think you did
i could have sworn i saw it too
but as it turns out it was just a clever ad for cigarettes.

no, i completely disagree. i think what AndrewLC pulled off not only counts as a Rick Roll, but is also officially worthy of praise from the entire CC community.

i for one commend you AndrewLC, and had i been there, i would have laughed out loud at the prank, especially when the DJ announced it.
