Your is a possessive, as in your car (the care you own or are at least driving). You're is a contraction of you are and thus is the grammatical equivilent to you are.

So no, I will not change it. Don't it? Tough, get a dictionary and deal with it! English may not have been my favorite class in school but I did learn some things in it.
