even the highest of police force didn't know Near's true name, although they had received a notice that he was coming overseas to take on the case, until they can find out more about this death that was their best lead, they argued and interrogated each other, and they found of fellow officer to be suspicious, Kanzo Mogi(Darth emperor) when they tired to arrest him he fled, and in the heat of the moment, since they though he could kill at any time, they shot and killed him.

Kanzo Mogi, one shot cop day or night, has been killed.

I checked the rules just now, but I can't find any rule that says
    *Dead people can talk
    *(Dead) people can talk at night
    *Dead people can talk at night and insinuate that there were only two cops in this game

So you: shoo. Everyone else: hush.

I didn't impy that there are only two cops, srry if you think I did or confused you. I havn't the fogiest clue as to how many.

Both implies (or in fact means) a quantity limited to two. Gramatically, if you say 'both cops', you insinuate that there are a maximum of 2 in the game.
