I don't think it's very likely that whoever is Yagami Light investigated william18 (if he even has investigative powers) on day 1. I think it's more likely that whoever is the daykilling scum has some sort of ability that tells him when he's been investigated and by whom. The kill scene hints towards william18 having investigated someone, so it's my guess he investigated the person who killed him and that person was informed of that and chose to kill william18 before he had the chance to tell his what he learned. That, or he simply targeted a paranoid gun owner of sorts. Still, we should be looking at people who william18 would choose to target for his day-investigation. Probably someone he's played games with before.

er no, sorry, the criminals are just nameless plot devices who get sacrificed every night.

only a handful of individuals are good enough for this case.

I agree with Sierra. it's more likely that Will was investigating someone whose ability allowed him to know that it was happening and killed him. This would agree with how it happened in the Death Note series when Light killed Ray Penburg.

Besides if you look at the death scene, it says that Will had just gotten a lead on a suspect he had investigated.

Considering william's role, I think "Kira" knew exactly who he was targeting. I'm agreeing with Sierra and wolf on ths matter.

So our guess is that Kira knows who investigates him, can investigate others, knows their roles and can kill during the day and night.

With such a short deadline, I doubt we'll get a lynch through that's not a random bandwagon. As much as I hate it, a random bandwagon is probably the best action at the moment.

I'm happy with a suggs lynch though lord voldemort's adamancy that we don't lynch suggs tends to put me off this idea slightly. I'm also happy with a baggins or william lynch today.

I think one of these would be a better solution to no lynching, which is highly likely that we will be heading towards....

Guys, just a little info about the show: there were actually two Kiras. The second one had the significant ability to know anyone's name just by looking at them. This is significant because all Kira needs to kill someone is their name.

I'm betting it was Misa who was investigated and who killed our day cop.

And also: Unvote Vote darth emperor given how close we are to deadline and how little his vote makes sense.
