Concise Idea:
Put an area closer to the map for a chat alert that tells you if there is a new message in the chat box.
Suggestion Idea:
Well its the same as the concise idea, we need an alert
Specifics:
It would be very similar to the pm alert system. The would just be an area close to the map so you don't have to scroll down that would say in bright colors or something that there is a new chat message so people who never check will know its there and see it.
Why it is needed:
Chat is one of the most important things in risk. Especially in teams games, but if you're playing with someone you don't know, they hardly ever check the chat b/c they don't think its important. So we need something that will tell them anyway, so no one is stuck waiting 4 turns for armies that they asked their teammate for 4 turns ago
