yeah... at the risk of sounding completely uncouth here... i've um, spent "quality time" with all of the different hair colours.

and redheads... well... like i said, they feel it more. something about it...

I can relate to the sentiments expressed my learned friend Mr Reminisco, and I concur with them entirely. I respect his opinions on this topic as both researched and accurate, and am happy to be counted as being in complete agreement with them.

I voted brunette, though I distinctly enjoy each and every hair color for various reasons.

I'd like to throw this out as a possible stereotype that I have noticed in my own experience and would like to know if anyone concurs...

Redheads are batshit crazy. Every one of them. I can't figure it out for the life of me. They are wonderful to interact with most of the time... but then there are other times... All the redheads I know are the "look but don't touch" sort. I've got a little masochism in me, but I like it in moderation. Not at the batshit crazy level.

I know not to generalize, but somehow through all the blondes I've seen that happened to be shallow idiots, I've grown an imprint in my brain that makes all blondes seem less attractive. I go with brunettes.

I dated a red head for 3 months. She is very pretty. Were still good friends. her name was Mary. But she has blue eyes and she has long redish hair with blonde highlights in it. She's a very attractive girl.

For you information, not all blonds are dingy. I for one have blond hair, and I am not one of those dingy blonds. I will admit sometimes I do make goofy mistakes.
I will joke sometimes about me having one of my blond hair days, but it is in all good fun.

For whomever made the remark about redheads having curly hair and it reminded him of steel wool. (something like that)
My sister-in-law has some of the most beautiful red hair. It is not that
orange-y red color either. She has that deep red color and very thick, and it is not curly. She is not pale like Casper, and has very few freckles.
Just letting you know that not all red heads are what you describe.

I have to concur with neo on the crazy-ass redheads thing. They are out of their fuckin' minds. I dated a redhead chick back in high school and she was right off the fuckin' reservation. I think they are all plagued by a lifetime of getting way too much attention. I don't think that blonde necessarily equals ditzy, but there is a much higher percentage of them that are. I'm a brunette fan myself. Much more likely to have the girl next door look, which I definitely find most appealing.
