You guys that run this site are horrible when it comes to customer service, I don't know what other way I can say it.
If you fucked up...and you did...you rectify the situation to keep a customer. What I am asking you to do isn't that big of a deal is it? In the time it has taken you to reply to a feedback and reply with some bs answer here, you could have been done with it.
I've been poled in the out hole over stupid feedback multiple occasions because of you guys. This is the last straw, when my premium is done, I'm not renewing it. You folks have shown time and time again to not really give a shit about the people that have given you money to keep your little toy thats running in the corner of the internet universe up and running. I even offered to just have you add the points back when I lose these games. That should take seconds to do.
Are you really having tons of people requesting to cancel the games? It doesn't seem like it. So does it really take that much time to do? Furthermore, if the software isn't written such that scores are effected when a game is ended prematurely, then you should probably work on that, too.
I'm sorry to sound like a jerk, but being nice doesn't resonate with you folks and this is the shittiest customer service over some of the simplest most brain dead "duh" things I can think of.
For those of you that will chime in that "it's just a game" and "its just a few points", I bet you have no principles and get steamrolled in most facets of your life.
