My friend was playing a game (1808917) and didnt respond to his opponent in chat due to playing while doing other things as well.

Can you believe that his opponent just gave him Neg Feedback!!! Just because he didnt respond.

Seems excessive to me.

I could see (maybe) being annoyed a little if the chat was game-related. Like if there was a treaty proposed or what not.

I like to chat... but don't let other people's "NOT" chatting bug me.
(I'll blather on and on by myself if I must.)

Seriously though... some people have time issues sure. There are also a lot of players who speak/read limited English. In some cases maybe just enough to get through the rules and interface.

I could see a neutral maybe.

I once got a neutral for talking too much in chat... something like "Not a bad player... but he sure does like to talk a lot in chat." LOL

I of course left a long-winded reply.

this guy oesn't get it. if you look at the negs he leaves, none of them are valid... i'd just fill out an e-ticket and put him on ignore she he can't reword it and leave another. for instance, this one is pretty whack too:

Can't say he's a good or bad player; only won because I had horrendous dice rolls. Not very chatty either. I would not recommend playing him.
