I want to ask a question. How many of you meditate? It's something I started through karate (meditate briefly before and after every class) and, though I don't always get around to it, find it not only helps me just to relax but also to sharpen my reflexes.

I am the king of hairy legs. I think I could honestly beat most older guys on CC.
Oh and yes I meditate, usually from 12-1AM thru 6AM. Of course I go thru 12PM on weekends.

It's really hard for me to find the time. I mean I can do it for 15-20 minutes at a time but I don't really seem to get that much out of meditation unless I have at least 45 minutes if not an hour.

Don't you see, Billy? You didn't get that inner peace from meditation; it came from right here! *points to heart*
Now go rape'em!

Ah, meditation, great for relaxing before a grappling match, to get all of your limbs and joints relaxed.

Well, one thing is true, we now only have 10 posts per page rather than 15. So, I guess something was changed...

Ya, I was wondering why the forum had less threads in it on one page than before.

That means we will be filling up pages a little bit quicker but now we're more than 1300 pages behind that other thread.

Strikewolf, i dont meditate but i do, do something called focus training when im training for Shaolin. Its basically Tai Chi but all the end movements are fast instead of slow.
Its very similar to meditation.
Yes, yes i am a noob, so thats now discussed.
Now onto more serious discussions. Who likes chillys?
