She could be 12 or 13 for all we know - this is a game site after all. Especially as she has a premium, you expect a service such as this one to enforce certain standards within games. Sexual harassment, joking or not, is one of those standards. If that girl has a father, for example, and he reads the log over her shoulder what kind of position does that put Lack in? Can he say he's running a respectable and professional business? If you said it to a stranger or in the workplace in real life it would pretty much be illegal. No different here.
