Secret alliance/ mulit? [no form]

Lucket and guimas. Joined a 3 way match with these two already in it without checking past games. They have played many games together and usually take out the other guy first. In my game they would take continents and would leave no defense against each others borders and only put defense on areas where I had armies. They announced no alliance and though one had south america with only one army on venezuala and one had NA with 1 army on central america neither ever tried to attack to take away their bonus.

I think most of the guys are going to tell you to put this into the proper form, but looking at the game history it seems obvious that the two accounts are multis. In the 1-v-1 games guimas always wins, while lucket only deploys then ends the turn.
