Comments: If not multis then they are in secret alliance. They hit each other very rarely to stop the other from growing. They are growing equally and taking out the 2 weaker players. They report the same country of origin, joined within a day of each other. The only 2 games they have been in are together. I hate reporting people but this seems pretty obvious.

They do not look like multi accounts. Granted they are new recruits, for now, they have both been issued a stern warning concerning the Secret Diplomacy rule.
