The Continents of North America

I apologize, but I can't find the answer to this anywhere.

What "countries" make up the Western USA and Central USA bonuses on the North America map? I'm colorblind, and these two are indistinguishable to me. I don't know which countries I need to hold to get the bonus.

Do you have BoB installed? BoB would help you in this matter.

Western USA - Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas

Central USA - Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Dakota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma
