Comments: they make no mention of allying yet attack only me and leave borders to each other unguarded.

I would definately say they are working together. It seems the only time they attacked each other was to get control of a continenet. [-X

It sound suspicious, but risk_king and fin321 are NOT multis. Regarding the secret alliance however, feel free to leave them appropriate feedback and/or add them to your ignore list.
