Your body comes last

I'm sick of these anti-drug commercials trying to scare people off everything that is good in life.
I mean honestly, the Indians had no problem taking hallucinatory drugs, and they clearly had a superior lifestyle.
If you've never taken drugs, never experienced the thrill of drinking and driving and almost running over several people, never destroyed the majority of your brain function, never drenched your lungs in tar, never imagined that your best friend was a demon from hell, never had a near orgasmic experience simply by licking an oreo and experienced the downward crash of your emotional state into depression and attempted suicide, you've never lived, plain and simple.
I mean, what's the point in having a body if you can't abuse it, amirite?

Apart from the snide comment about indians, most of that is right.

There is a comment I heard often growing up not to far from Berkeley:
"If I had ever imagined I would live to 30, I never would have done half the stuff I did".

No, he's worming his way up the political ladder now and can't be seen in the company of all his old acid buddies.

"Everything in moderation" is my motto for the body. Smoke for a few years, drink on the weekends, toke up every now and then, pop some oxycotton once or twice, and f*ck until you're sore when doing all of the above. That's how I roll.

As a child of the 60s and a college student of the 70s, all I have to say is ......................................................................... er ...............

I can honestly laugh at some of my friends antics, such as riding on top of a moving vehicle acting like it is a bronco, or passing out and other drunken party goers shave the eyebrows, write stuff in permanent marker, and glue pens and the what not to said victims face. The reason? I am an oddball where I live as I do not drink nor do I do tobacco. Other then tobacco (and a meth dealing hippy that steals from his own cousin), my family has pretty much steered clear of drugs. And two members of my family that smoked died of lung cancer, so I really have no desire to go into that. However, I did make a promise to a couple of my friends (of whom were already mentioned above) that when I turned 21, I'll start drinking on my birthdays.

I was a barman for a while. It is quite instructive to be the sober one while others get even a little tipsy.
But I prefer the other end of the deal.
