I agree with the fact that he knows his way around the map even though he's new. But that's about it. I don't see where he admitted he was a multi.

It is a bit suspiscious when he's played 23 games and he's already a Sergeant 1st Class. He's lost more than he's won but he must know his way around some tricky maps:

I understand it's not uncommon for new members to join large games and win a few, but with maps like New World and Feudal the tactics are much more complicated than Africa for example, another large game he won.

I see why [player]Darthvader[/player] was suspicious of this user.

[player]Lauden[/player] has +178 points on Feudal.
And beat him on a map that he was playing for the 1st time in round 4 with Freestyle settings.
And by the way Darth has a 69% win % on the map with a map rank of +455 points.

Definitely justifiable to be looked at.

This guy has also had some other games go his way quite quickly.

Looking at his games played though I don't see anyone that stands out that he has played with over and over. If he knows the strategy of some of these complicated maps that he has been winning on because this is his 2nd account he probably doesn't play in games with both.

An IP check will need to be done to find that result

I checked his account yesterday and dont remember it being registered as a Guest.
