Conquer Club

I am tired of posting a 4 player game and then a private and two newbies join it, then the 2 newbies take a turn, both attack me then deadbeat. The private is left with their area of the map uncontested then smokes me a few turns later. I loose 35 points in a game that arguably wasn't worth winning in the first place! How can I find games against players of similar rank and skill level? Has CC ever considered allowing rank restrictions on newly created games? For example a game may be open to sergeant to major. Thanks for the help!

You have a premium membership... so CREATE YOUR OWN PRIVATE GAMES
and invite people to come play them via PMs.

Thank you for the reply. I had of course thought of that but other than developing a friend network which takes time, is their a short cut. Emailing people essentially at randomly seems rather inefficient. For instance a group of people all looking for the same type of games?

My thinking is you create the games with settings you prefer and message players you've already enjoyed good games with... or those who you believe would contribute to a good match.

go into the sergeants and above, liutanants local threads etc. in the callouts forum and post there their are usually some games there, or you can post your own

It's Imperial Dragoons open games and they want people at 1600+ points to join them.

Live chat is also an option, but it's usually speed games in there.
