falsely accused of being multis [Closed]

I've tried to go through the support system as well as emailing general@conquerclub.com. I have also tried to go through the support system at Salamander Software. I have not received any response in almost a week now. I have been falsely accused of having multiple accounts. olkok is my premium account and smokespride is my sons freemium account. We share the same name as I am Sr and he is the 2nd(Jr). Our email addresses are very similar in that respect. The main reasons you have given me for taking away my premium account and banning my sons account from playing are trying to dominate games and getting into more games than I am allowed. If you look at the history of both accounts, we have never played in any games together, so dominating games should be taken out of the equation. Since I had a premium account, I can not be accused of trying to get into more games than I'm allowed. So we can take that out too. I'm requesting that you reinstate both accounts as to this point we have been accused unfairly. Thank you for taking the time to review this and I look forward to hearing a response.

I can assure you that king achilles has already started to look into your eticket. Please have some patience though, I have not seen him online that much since he started looking at this. I am moving this thread to closed reports since it is already being handled by eticket.

I've only played five games with him, but I've won three of them, and one is still going on. From my limited experience I would have to assume that he's not cheating. And if he is, he's real bad at it.

Agreed. Plus, it seems like an easy case here. Hope he gets his premium back

9 games with him, some are over and some are going on. Good and nice one. I havent seen any evidence of cheating in any of games i am in with him.
No doubts, responsibles will investigate the matter in detail and hopefully olkok will be cleared and will turn back to us.

olkok and I have played in several tourneys against one another. he's okay in my book. why would a premium cheat by creating a freemium multi and then never play in a game with him? it just doesn't pass the smell test!

this is no way to run a business, imo. someone pays you for a service and you cut him off from it without a strong basis? you should have an overwhelming, or at least REASONABLE, case against a customer before you deny him what he paid you for.

if this is resolved in olkok's favor, as it sounds it should be, he deserves an apology AND an extension on his subscription period at least equal to the time he is being denied his premium status.

After comparing the data that we have and the explanation you have sent, we still believe that the bust was correct and the verdict shall stand on these accounts.

If you want, you can upgrade your account once again and abide our rules and guidelines to avoid any similar penalties like this in the future.

As KA stated, it was found that the two accounts do belong to the same person, both in the original bust and after the review. Since you were a premium, you have been turned into a freemium. You can continue to play under the current situation, but if you want the premium perks back, you must pay again.

WOw....seems pretty fishy on CC's part. I think the membership deserves to know HOW this was decided. I know a few husband/wife duos that play on here, and if their premium is in jeopardy because of rulings like this, that is a shame.

I am thankful that multis are busted and appreciate the hard work the hunters do, but this one seems to be an error and heavy handed. I don't know the situation or the parties involved, but would like to know the process that they were determined to be multis. I don't even think that there was a complaint against them!!

I am olkok's cousin. I can attest to him and his son having accounts. I also play on his PC alot. My son goes to his house to play with his four children and it gives me some time to play CC. When my internet was down I played there a lot as well. I promise you that olkok is the father and smokespride is the son and they are separate accounts.

No I'm sure he didn't. But as mentioned before, the facts don't add up. They don't play against each other, and 1 account is premium.

i was thinking to get one moore name on CC because sometimes theres no high rank gamers on speedgame. dont want to lose points because some gamers who dosnt know escalating .
so it seems i can better not take one moore or i wil be the same like you olkok.

I've been playing against olkok and Highlander in a tournament over the last few weeks. Nothing suspicious at all. Basically, I agree with what everyone above has said--both those who have spoken up for olkok and against the system.

Perhaps another way this situation could be avoided in the future is to allow for more personalization in the profiles. I realize that leaves room to lie, but it would help distinguish between players more.

Personally, I am refreshed to hear that CC is a family event. Perhaps they are now going to all be banned. I guess you'll just have to buy the board game boys!

people do weird things for weird reasons, they have corrected busts in the past, there must be a good reason for not doing it here....

and just because the two never played together, and 1 was premium, doesnt matter, having 2 accounts is against the rules wether you use them to cheat or not. people do strange things, perhaps he created it in hopes of switching over to it when his premium expired because he wanted to start his record over?
