Let's see what we can do.

I'm wondering where to put starting positions for 8 players. Do we start with 1 each like Age of Realms, with lots of neutrals to kill? In that case, we can't all start as customers, because we'd just kill one another in the lobby, right? Perhaps capturing the vault doesn't make a 'win', but to capture the vault + a manager + something else will make a hefty bonus.

If we place managers, they'll probably be in the orange, blue, or yellow areas. Those areas could be further broken into territories, or could yield things worth bonuses (key, wallet, weapon?)

The guard would have to be formidable and start with a great number of neutrals. The vault lobby and vault would also start with many neutrals. Managers would start with somewhat less, being unarmed suits. Maybe one also needs to own a customer or teller as a hostage?

ideas?

you know i had a map idea that you should defs steal if u make this.
it was that the winner of the game needed to get enough money to get a premium account. You could have bills laying around the bank, and say the winner is the one that captures enough to buy premium.

We could have double objectives going at the same time that require a piece of the single objective territory to help win (sense?)!

2 Objectives - Secure x, x, and x

Each objective shares an X that can only be aquired by one player

Great Suggestion! on the Double Floors, we could perhaps have a conference room with a second level access? perhaps level 1 elevator can attack level 2, have it almost tiered?

well the point of an objective is to have one thing people bash each other's brains in over. so have a bunch of high value bonuses, and have say 5 money carts that they need to win. maybe you could have it not a bank, but a bank robbery, you could have a bonus for owning different crooks placed in certain terrs. and you could even have bonuses for the terrs. that have a gun etc.

Tag line wrote:Your a theif wanting to rob the CC National Bank, trying to steal what you have come for, 5 sacks of money, get them all and you win. But watch out there are others trying to get what you have come for, get a terr with a gun and you get +5 troops and capture a terr with a thug and you can use him for a bonus +3 troops!

The two floor idea sounds good.Why not combine your two layouts and have the second one be the first floor with the first one being the second floor and just drop the vault to the first floor?

I agree with a.sub - I think this would be a great map if the gameplay objective was based around an actual bank robbery. The lookouts, the getaway cards, negative troops for territories with 'silent alarms' or guards with guns, etc.

I like that blueprint theme too - good stuff.

take a terr with ____ and you get ____
burglar = +1
gun = +2
alarm = -1
guard = -2
hold all the money carts and the get away vehicle to win!
