This is a tournament for single players, however you will be playing doubles matches. Can you work well with any player to be a true doubles champion?

All games will be doubles, sequential, escalating, unlimited, no fog
There will be 32 players, grouped over 8 maps (first come first served) of 4 players

Each group of 4 players will play doubles against each other for all combinations. (1,2 vs 3,4....1,3vs 2,4.....1,4vs2,3)

Only one game will happen at a time, so it is open for premium and non-premium (although please have 1 space open at all times)

The 2 players with the most wins will go through to the next round.

Here is where it gets interesting:
Tiebrakers (which will always happen) -
1) who has the most territories in total at the end of all 3 games
2) who has survived the most games
3) who has the most armies left in total at the end of all 3 games

The top player in each group can choose which map they would like for the next round (as a first come first served basis), then the second players get to choose.

Please state which map you would like to join when you sign up. (if you don't state a preference you will not be counted as being signed up)

Hello banana,

Before I let signups go any further, I'm going to check on the legality of it.

Obviously any gross abuse of the game is forbidden. This includes but is not limited to: throwing games or deliberately benefiting from thrown games, intentional deadbeating, serial teammate killing, hijacking accounts.

I'm going to lock this up for now, I will let you know soon enough if this tournament can continue. If you have any questions banana, feel free to send me a PM.
