Umm... congrats? How old is the mother? 16 is WAY too early to be ready to have kids. How do you plan to support them?

Are you not familiar with birth control?

Same here. I would have said the same had you been 30, but 16 and proud of it... I am surprised some family members are are still with you with that type of intelligence. (Mods, I made this text small for a reason.)

Congratulations on your baby if you really are having one. Ignore those who scorn you. You are really young, yes, but it's going to happen so make the best of it.

My father was about your age when he had me (accidentally, as well, I assume you too?). As his accident, Maybe I am speaking from your future-child's viewpoint...do NOT ignore your child's existence, do not be disappointed in him / her, keep a relationship with it, be proud of your child!

My biological father was a real d**k because he completely broke off relations with my biological mom once he found out I was born, and I have no idea of who he is and I really resent that and am highly disappointed in that. If it weren't for my current parents, I'd be left in an orphanage, with little chance or opportunity that I have had, because my mother would have not legally been able to support me because he left.

Again, congrats. Make sure you develop alot of family and friends support.

Here's three:
1. "stuiped"
2. "resons"
3. You're having a baby at 16.

You do realize that:

1. What you did (if you are the father) was illegal, and if the girl wanted to, she could sue, and win. (it does not matter whether the girl consented or not)
2. You are not yet out of high school and if you have any custody at all... well, there go a whole lot of grades from bad to worse.
3. Not exactly common... if it was common, the amount of teens who have children would not be a minority.

(To answer that question Bones2484 already answered... Yes, I do think the same as him, and yes, I did realize that the first thing you would do is read that text in my post.)

I just want to be annoying...it's you are or you're :D

Stephen Wayne wrote:wow all this talk about something as common as teen pregnacy

Not super common with 16 and 15 year olds, I got to a high school of almost 3000kids and there are very, very, very few pregnancies that young, 17 to 18ish a little more but not that much, I'm a junior and I know of ONE actual pregnancy that's not just a rumor. Smoking weed and drinking well that's common  Question nobody has asked, what do you plan on doing to support it, are you continuing school, what do your parents and the girls parents think? I agree with both opinions so far, it's good that you are not upset with the baby like ramned said, but I also agree with the others in the matter that you should not be in this situation in the first place. That's about all the praising/criticizing I will do on this matter.
