RED vs BLUE [cancelled see 1st post]
Alright well, my last tourney is almost to a close so i wanted to start another one, here is how it will work:
The way to win the tourney is to be the last one standing, as in all tourneys, but how each round divides is different. Basically, in each "round" there will be two teams, red and blue. the goal of each team is to be the first to win 100 points. the way you win points is by winning games, the amount of points you gained during a game (like how much your score relating to Corporal, Private etc. went up) is the number of points ur team wins or loses. so if a red person beats a blue person red team gets points. if a red person loses to a blue person, the red team loses those points. now which ever team reaches the goal of 100 points first continues, the rest is eliminated. So if i started with 32, 16 will continue, then we divide those into two groups of two and battle it out again, but for lesser points (lesser people = lesser points needed to continue) this will result in a 1 v1, but remember its not about winning the game, but winning the maximum number of points. Now if a Brigadier is against a cook in the final round, i do reserve to right to adjust the number points needed so that the brigadier doesn't have to win 100 times to be declared the winner.
How games are made:
Basically its on a challenge based system, so one person can challenge an opposing team member on a certain map with certain settings. u can even play teams (but u cant play a 3+ player free for all since there are only 2 teams) as long as all the red ppl are one team and all the blue are another. now remember, if u r too stubborn on what game u play then u wont play very many games, and ur team will gain less points.
How teams are made:
i will list the players by score, then pick the top two and assign each of them to a team randomly. that way the two teams are about equal.
How many points need to be won for each level of the tourney?
players points
16v16..............100
8v8.................90
4v4.................70
2v2.................40
1v1.................30
