50ml gin, 2 oz. chopped raw liver, 150ml curdled goats milk, sprig of mint, 2 tablespoons of ground black pepper and blend for 10 seconds.

they put it in a small bucket and .. well had it away with it... they called it a 'cock-pail'

Take fresh goats milk and slowly heat it in a frying pan after blending and you have a wonderful meal.

What's so bad about that? The cream will nicely carry the flavour of the rest and custard goes well with practically anything.
