how does one conduct secret diplomacy in a 1 on 1 game... lol... that coupled with the fact i have my pm's disabled which makes pm abuse quite absurd... ok buddy.... is there an abuse for unsubstantiated accusations?

Hmm... well, there does indeed seem to be some shenanigan going on between you ad neutrals in that particular game…

Anyways, it may not be the nicest thing to stall a game. However, in your situation (on the brink of destruction) I believe it is the only feasible tactic to resort to if going for the win. If you’re lucky he may miss a turn or two due to the stalling and that may turn the game around.
