HELP...with code

Im a little confused on the xml side of setting up a map could someone explain this. If its not to bad Im putting together a map with the help of UCA...could someone explain it to me or email me how to do this it would be greatly appreciated.

Download a xml of the site files, then simply edit it. Substitute the names of continents, of countries, and the coordinates, and the borders, by the data of your map. Only this, really easy.
