Is it here that I should complain about abusive feedback?

When you say "don't work" do you mean that the system is not letting you enter a ticket? If that is the case, then try using IE instead of Firefox.
Or do you mean that you haven't received a reply immediately? If so, be patient.
Or do you mean that you haven't received the response you wanted? You'd have to pm a feedback mod to get that fixed.

I've gotten mine removed ... I think they are actually pretty fair.

I know that the mods have to make difficult decisions sometimes, but I see a lot of good true feedback taken away for being 'not factual' when in reality, it was factual. But I think they do a great job 99% of the time.

Next time, click on the Help tab at the top of the page and then scroll to the bottom and fill out an eTicket to Feedback Moderation.
