ive never used any of the free ones although my best bet would be to go with gimp since its open source.

A piece of software where the producer allows the public access to the source code to change, tweek and update the software which the producer may or may not choose to use to upgrade the official software.

cena go for photoshop you get a 30 day free trial and if you can get it done quickly its worth it
