I came off my ship to attack the port, but it would not let me attack from the tender like before. Now my troops are stranded on the tender, which will revert back to 2 neutral at the beginning of my next turn.

I had the above in a game, but it did not revert.

Now in a second game I have drop on a tender.

It has happened once before and it did not recert to neutral.

Note, the tender is just acting like any other part of the map.
It´s a serious handicap.
Anybody checking this.... No responses here
