Concise description:
- I'm not getting notification emails consistently
- Seems related to manual placement games
- For both of the above games, I did not receive an email notifying me of that the manual placement round had started.
- I was selected to go first in the second round of both of the above games, and did not get an email.
- I checked spam and trash folders, got nothing.
- All my notification settings are set to on.
- In both cases, I got notified on the third round.
