The tournament name is "Bot Army". Not sure if it's programmed in, but they have always appeared to me to have a basic form of alliance in these tournaments. Not a true alliance though as they will still attack and eliminate each other. I've not looked any deeper into it, they are unscored and meant for fun and nothing more.
