How to pick / get picked for a clan

Hey all, still quite new to the game but have played on another site in the past.
I was wondering if there was much difference in the clans available and if any were recruiting?

If you speak french we're recruiting ( LHDD here).
Difference is in my opinion mainly about levels of implication in game required by clans. Some clans are very competitive and will ask you to communicate a lot, some clans are less competitive and you can have a more relax approach to the games.
I think almost every clans is recruiting

Welcome, Lieutenant Samps! It looks like you're getting familiar with the game. As for the clans, each can have a different playstyle and activity level.
