When u are playing in a 1 vs 1, a 2 vs 2, or a 3 vs 3.... And one team has to be the first one to start the round, and waits like 23.30 hours with it, so that the other misses his turn. Is that cheating?
Cause I had this twice and its just unfair...

its not cheating, some consider it viable, some consider it unsportsmanlike, but it isnt against the rules at all, you could leave feedback, but I highly suggest you dont. Very few play freestyle anymore because of this.
It would be nice to see this loophole closed, but its not as easy as it sounds
so, either be prepared to do the same to players who do it, or play sequential.
if you are looking for fast games, just go to live chat, and set up a real time one, they go faster than freestyle, freestyle dont necessarily go any faster than sequential because of the loophole and other timing issues

same
Same happened to me today.
I know it's not 'literally' cheating, because that's the way a system is set up.
But I think we all know about 'fair play'. It occus in every game, sports, etc. In other words, you can cheat by not violating the system rules, but if you are doing it to the extent that really unbalances the game, it should be considered 'unfair play', and I do beleive that there should be some sort of punishment for that.
Look at my concern about Croatian team in the same forum. They do this all the time (plus among other things). And it's hard to do it to them, because once you get the short end of the stick, it's hard to switch the role.
