In a Escalating Fog Game Rooeintan gave the precise location of another player so that player could be eliminated from the game. Because of his help the other player got over 1000 troops.

Giving a fog position away isn't a crime, and it was all in game chat (not on a wall or PM); this seems like a foe and move on scenario.
