Ho Ho Ho Merry Christmas Update

From down under, we have hit the Eve of Christmas already (the ancients counted the day starting when the sun went down), so Merry Christmas!! May you all eat too much and enjoy enriching your friendships and family connections. And if you have any remaining games left to get completed… today is a good day. There are 58 games still active and only a couple of days left to go.

League Speeds
Our Usain Bolt award for Season 10 is awarded to League 11, who got their games completed fasted and crossed the line first. A very close second, we had The Championship League who were only about 8 hours behind finishing their final matchups. Well done and enjoy your longer break before the next season starts.
Our slowest leagues are still lagging with at least 5 games still to complete each. Leagues 25, 2, 15 and 18 are currently battling it out for the slowest awards. Maybe they need to lay off the egg-nog and turkey until after their games are complete.

A loooong game
Remember back before the World Cup even began, there was a Match-week 7 which began on the 17th of November. It was on that day that in League 2, Enormastitz invaded topdawg in a home matchup in WWI Gallipoli. They are still going back and forth on this massive map and are currently up to Round 41!! It appears as though topdawg has got an advantage at the moment, but this one will have to be ‘called’ as it will not end before we close the season!

Final League Champion
Our final league champion can now be declared. With ‘The Tiger’ handsomewhitecat in League 15 securing enough points to no longer be in danger of being caught. There are still a handful of important games here to determine the other places. Of the other chasers in this league, DonJuanIV ncardoso and meno71 are guaranteed one of the other promotions… with the prized double promo spot still up for grabs between DonJuanIV and meno71. Ghengis Khunt is taking flight through the Moon Door to League 18 in Season 11. The double drop is in rosseo’s hands, and ThorDisk has only narrowly gathered the final single demotion spot.
