Looking for Tournament Co-Host!

I'm looking for a tournament co-host. I want to play in the tournament and it requires some actions and impartiality that I cannot be privy to. I have the set-up for the tourney covered so what you would do is play "host", there would be some decisions you have to make while the tournament is going but nothing major.
