Good idea, but do we have to terminate a whole team? Or do we have to terminate a single player into a team? I mean in each team there is one target only. So this player must be protected by the other teamates. I prefer this idea actually, it gives more enjoyement.
I'm not sure if it would be better to divvy up the points every time a player is eliminated or if they should make you have to take out the last guy to snag his whole team's points.
If you get points for eliminating individual players, someone killing a teamate for whatever reason would get points. I don't think that's a good idea so giving the points to the team that eliminated the last member of a team looks better. Nice suggestion btw
I kind of like the points being distributed each time a player gets eliminated. But I don't like the possibility, if you are playing with random team mates, it would allow people to target you for points and could destroy the element of being part of a team.
This is more complex than I initially thought.
I think the points need to be divided among the team. Then if someone targets you but is on your team, at least some of your points don't transfer over.
What does everyone think about the points staying with the player, if a team mate kills them? Or possibly a small gain such as a set five points on a team mate kill, to discourage trying to mine team members for points.
The coding might be too much, they already seem reluctant to look into changes around here.
I can certainly imagine being pretty upset when someone that should have been helping/defending me turns on me for points.
