In addition to showing the ratings which a player has recieved - in brackets next to this show the ratings which players have given to others.

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

It will make it obvious when joining a game that one will be playing against a ratings abuser.

I also would like some sorta summary how often they've been given certain tags. That would make the tags more meaningful

Isnt there also a thread about redoing the tags and adding more? I feel like there could be some better words used to describe players, like honorable.

I would imagine the strategy should be based around keeping hold of newcomers and energizing these into becoming long term users.

Hence all strategy should really be only about how to jazz up Freemium. ALL.

Games should be set at not just 24hr but 18hrs and 12 and 6 (For Freemium). If you can't commit to that then you simply don't join such a game. When I first joined I nearly gave up as the my 4 slot games were taking so long.
It is from the initial casual gamer who visits 2/3 times a week that new Premiums will be made. Letting him invite friends for a say the first 3 months would attract others also. Just some thoughts.
