difference melting pot and general drafting room?

Post by waauw »

Just out of curiosity, but is there a difference between these 2 parts of the forum? The topics in both seem about the same.

isn't the melting pot where the "tired, huddled masses" get dropped off the boat when they come to the states? once there, they are melted down and shipped to china, where they are then made into something useful/useless and sold back to the US. or something like that...

in melting pot, you can make a topic "let's make a map with lots of sunglasses on it" without providing any details or a draft of a map.
drafting room should have already some concepts drawn

With the current state of the foundry, there is no difference between melting pot, drafting room, final forge, foundry discussions, etc. No maps are being quenched, nothing is being prepped for beta, etc.

The whole section of the forum could be deleted at this point with no consequence.
