Schilling is exactly like the rest of the Red Sox rotation, exception of Josh Beckett, my hero
They are either red hot, or they suck. A big example of this would be Tim Wakefield, wither a shutout or he's shelled by the 3rd inning.

Once, A Pirates pitcher pitched a no-hitter while he was high on acid.
Epic Win

if this has happened, why isn't every other game a no hitter?

Maybe the Acid made him better. This is 70's Pirates, not the Pirates of today (who suck), in case anyone thought otherwise.

UHG! Man he was so close, I feel sympathy with him, and therefore its going to make me feel like crap for about a week. But on the bright side, he is really improving.

I heard, my dad saw the game.
I think it's bad that he didn't do it. But on the other side of the coin. I'm glad that he didn't because it was against the A's.

Thats a very closeminded and dumb look at the red sox line up. Daisuke is in transition, but he's obviously a very good pitcher who in no way sucks (just watch the World Baseball Classic). Curt Schilling is getting older, but he doesn't suck either. He had that mishap the FIRST game of the season and then rectified his mechanics in order to improve his pitching and has been great ever since. Julian Tavarez isn't the best pitcher out there, but hey, hes a 5 hole starter, and he's better than many team's 5th starter, and he's not doing horribly.
And Wakefield. He's a knuckleball pitcher. My dad actually looked at a many knuckleball pitchers and decided that the majority of them stay at around .500. This is because a knuckleball pitch relies so heavily on variables out of the pitchers control like the wind and the humidity. On two different days a knuckleball pitcher can go out and throw the same exact toss and on one, he could be unhittable, and on the next, leave easy meat up in the strike zone through no fault of his own.
But yes, Beckett, while shaky last year, is a great great pitcher off to a remarkable start.
Sorry, i hate it when people say stupid generalisations about baseball in general, but especially about the red sox.
