Random Cup:
Competition for the fans of random maps

Estimated time-frame: all wars should start by April 1 or no more than few days
after that. The length will depend on the number of participating clans, hoping we can
reach the finals before the next season of random league starts in September, so we
don't have similar competitions clogging the calendar. There will be 4 rounds of competition.
We should at least have the semi-finals well on the way before September, if we allow
approx. 2.5 months for each round. We don't wanna rush things and as long as wars
proceed at fair pace the cup will proceed in timely fashion.

Format: single elimination bracket
Open draw (random), no seeding
Draw will be done using random.org
All clans are eligible
A player can play for only 1 clan[/spoiler]
[spoiler=Wars]61 games (30 + 30 + 1)
Each home set is 10D + 10T + 10Q
Each game worth 1 point
There has to be a tie-breaker. Default: Random Trips, Esc Chained, Sunny or
whatever the warring clans agree to
Default 2 equal batches. Clans can do it differently if they prefer/can agree, but only if
it doesn't impede the pace. If there are more batches they have to be done in shorter
intervals.
Each clan creates their home games
Each clan nominates primary and secondary contact
Primary contact creates games
Home team creates thread and asks for privs
Away team can do it if mutually agreed)[/spoiler]

24 Hour Rounds
Prohibited Settings: manual, freestyle, polymorphic
Prohibited Reinforcements: parachute, none
If used, trench games must have a 30 round limit in case extra large map is drawn
Other settings must have no round limit
12 hour Fog of War rule in effect. If broken, the offending team has to copy/paste
game log and reveal what terrs were visible. If not remedied, the offended team can opt
to remake the game before end of round 1. The rule does not apply to conquest maps
and where the only action is deploy/fort without attacks.
Each player can play max 23 games in a war.
Each clan has to use minimum 10 different players during war.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=Miscellaneous]Disputes should be resolved in amicable fashion, between warring clans. If that is not the case,
organizers [player]uckuki[/player] and [player]benga[/player] will act as arbiters. If our
decision is not satisfactory, CDs will be consulted as a last resort and their ruling will be
final.[/spoiler]
