Comments: I was going through the closed C&A reports while game 13107996 was still going and saw TobyGerhartFan in there so I naturally looked at it. It got me thinking that Toby Gerhart was maybe a multi. I looked at his profile and saw that he had completed only eight games, and was a PFC. It got real suspicious so decided to report it.
