I don't think this has been done before, I am pretty sure almost all wars stay relatively vanilla other than negotiating different gametypes and settings.

I am always up for new wars I think it keeps CC fun

It's certainly a very entertaining concept. We'll all be watching closely to see how things work out, but you've added a very intriguing dynamic, so I think a deserved props to the instigator of this!

You sure BK wasn't involved? I still fondly remember the schemes he outlined in a dispatch article for us once (and of which the PoW got implemented as well!)
