I will leave it up to pepsikona13 to provide specifics, but I think there is strong evidence for ratings abuse. 78 of 84 ratings left are all 1s. The accused hasn't left anything but 1s since February.

Did look at his replies to the ratings received? Pretty sure they qualify for bigotry.
