LOTZ VS AQoH LOTZ (21 )AQoH (28 ) - Final 12/22

AQoH has challenged us terms below
The following format will be used:
8 Doubles, 8 Triples, 8 Quads would total of 24 home and 24 away games. 1 Tiebreaker .
Games Played in two rounds (each round would be 4 dubs, 4 triples and 4 quads at home for each Team)
Each clan will pick the map and settings for exactly half of the games.
- The tiebreaker game will be Quads on World 2.1, sunny, chained, no spoils
- Each map can only be used twice per clan per clan war but can only be used once per game type (i.e. once for triples and once for quads)
- There will be no freestyle, speed, manual deployments, beta maps, or nuclear spoils games allowed
-Trench is Allowed
A 12 hour foggy rule is encouraged during this series

What does that mean exactly encouraged? A rule is encouraged but not necessary?

Is that not like saying that the speed limit on the highways are encourage to be 55 MPH but what the hell, if you want to, You can go 80 or even 100 mph. It's Ok because the rule is only encouraged but not to be obey if you don't want to?

This is an up war for them there new , I saw no need for penalty's (keep it simple and stupid)
I have other issues to deal with as kuma know`s in real life with that being said there's`s your Answer
